What is Hybrid Training?
Hybrid training combines endurance exercises like running, rowing or biking with strength exercises that use body weight, dumbbells or kettlebells to build overall fitness. This type of training is great if you’re looking complete a Deka or Hyrox race, get faster and stronger for your next running race, or just improve your functional fitness.
How this works:
-Choose your package and sign up.
-Once signed up you’ll receive a welcome email and questionnaire
-After the responses are reviewed a phone consultation can be scheduled to further discuss your goals
-Then, you’ll receive your training plan!
